As a token of our appreciation for your support, all purchases of Nuzzle display cabinets on this website include free delivery service across Hong Kong.

Shipping and Delivery Time
  • Standard Orders: After you place an order and successfully complete payment, your order will typically be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, products are expected to arrive at the designated address within approximately 3-7 business days.
  • Early Bird Discount Orders: For orders participating in the "Early Bird Discount" promotion, shipping times may vary depending on the production progress of the first batch. Our goal is to complete delivery within 3 months of your order placement. We will keep you updated on any latest production or shipping progress via email as soon as possible.
  • Please note: Actual delivery times are subject to external factors such as logistics company operations, traffic conditions, and adverse weather. The times mentioned above are for reference only.
Shipping and Tracking
  • Our local orders are primarily delivered by SF Express or other reliable local logistics companies.
  • Once your order is dispatched, the system will automatically send a shipping notification to your registered email, including the logistics tracking number, so you can check the delivery progress at any time.
Delivery Notes
  • Please ensure that the recipient's full name, contact number, and complete delivery address are accurately provided when placing your order.
  • Once the goods have been officially handed over to the logistics company for delivery, we will be unable to modify the delivery address. Should delivery fail, goods be destroyed, or additional logistics fees be incurred due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you, you will be solely responsible for the related losses and expenses.

We offer a "14-day quality guarantee" service for every product. If you discover any quality issues with the product within 14 days from the date you sign for the goods, you can apply for a return or exchange.

Situations Applicable for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only applicable to defects or omissions in the product itself, including:

  • Built-in LED lights that do not light up or malfunction.
  • Cabinet, embedded plush, or transparent dustproof door with obvious damage, non-human defects, or severe scratches.
Situations not eligible for returns or exchanges

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the goods were signed for.
  • You changed your mind for personal reasons.
  • Product damage caused by improper use, self-modification, dropping, or accidents.
  • Unable to provide proof of purchase or order number from this website.
Return and Exchange Process

3. Arrange Return: Once eligibility is confirmed, we will provide specific return procedures and arrangements. Please try to retain the original outer packaging box so that the product can be returned to us securely.
